David Powell
David is a seasoned global executive who has served as CEO, President and SVP in public, private, and start-up enterprises in medtech, industrial, and consumer products industries. David has led integrated businesses with nearly $2 billion in sales in various companies, including Johnson & Johnson, served as Operating Partner in private equity, and has worked with US and foreign regulatory leaders. His business record has been built on a foundation with direct manufacturing, engineering, and product design experience, and with positions of sales and marketing leadership oversight, across a broad range of materials and technologies, including software. David Powell has over 15 years of Board of Directors experience as chairman, committee chair and director for companies, not-for-profit entities and trade organizations in the US and Japan. David’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
