Created and led by graduate students, the LGBTQ+ Ally Training workshop discusses LGBTQ+ allyship in the classroom, what it has to do with teaching, and what educators can do to foster an inclusive environment in and out of the classroom. The session is beginner-friendly and will describe specific, actionable items for educators to do to convey allyship to students and create a more welcoming environment for all students, regardless of gender or sexuality.
