Ali Mokhberi
Ali Mokhberi is head of Corporate Development at Nutanix, a market leading provider of hybrid-cloud and hyperconverged- infrastructure software with a market cap of $6B. He is responsible for driving all inorganic activities, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and divestments. During his tenure at Nutanix, he has created robust corporate development processes from pipeline generation aligned with corporate strategy to best practices for integration.
Ali is a veteran of semiconductor and software industries with 20+ years of experience spanning R&D, Product Engineering, and Business Development. He started his education journey with BS in Physics from UC Irvine, followed by PhD in Applied Physics from Stanford University and MBA from Wharton with concentration in Finance. Ali is active in his local community, regularly volunteering at public schools and charity organizations. He is currently the President of Saratoga Highschool Sports Boosters, and Co-President of Boys Team Charity Saratoga League. In his spare time, he loves to bake, make ice cream , hike, and is an avid reader.
