We are modifying the Greenplanet recharge model to better align with our actual 
support costs. If approved by Campus, the new rates will take effect 1 October.
New Monthly Rates:
  Private Login Node,  $20
  Private Compute Node, $5
  DFS Data Storage,  $2/TB (first TB per group free)

By far, the biggest charge will be data storage on DFS, and several groups will
see significantly higher bills with current usage. We will help those groups to
clean up old data by the end of October to avoid surprises.
