Measures the 4 first moments of `p' as appropriate for the experiments caried out by Cherry Murray's group. The sample is divided into slabs perpendicular to the x axis. There are `nLayers' slabs of equal thickness spanning the x length of the sample. For each slab, the first 4 moments of p=(p_y,p_z) are measured. The output file has the structure: nParticle nLayer Temp1
