Title:

Education:

B.A. in Economics from UCI in 2017

M.S. in Finance from USC in 2020

Career Path:

After getting my bachelor's degree from UCI and master's degree from USC, I started working at Deloitte in M&A / Transactions.

I realized my interests were more aligned to real estate, so I started working at Green Street where I worked on the advisory & consulting team.

There I was able to get an understanding of real estate fundamentals and get an idea of the challenges/questions that the real estate industry faces.

After work, I found myself spending my nights working on things I enjoyed and found challenging. I would build acquisition & development models, waterfalls, dashboards, and listen to podcasts. Many nights I would look up at the clock and wonder how it was already midnight, yet I still felt so energized - it wasn't the coffee, I genuinely had a passion for private equity.

With that same passion, I took on a role at Logistics Property Company. I work on the acquisitions team, focused on industrial assets within the West Coast markets. Here, I get to do what I love and work alongside some of the most intelligent and influential industrial leaders in the world.

Ideal Mentoring Relationship:
I met my mentor through this program back in 2015. She was incredibly helpful and taught me a lot. Her and I continued to stay in contact, and I really learned how valuable a mentor can be.
I expect my mentee to take some initiative. I am happy to answer any questions or have conversations relating to careers, school, traveling, or life in general.
Ideally, primary form of communication would be email, then we would meet once or twice a month for coffee to chat in person.
