MSI Insight/Discover Software
MSI software is licensed for the model0 server and any client.
Since we have one license for InsightII modules listed below, only one user at a time can use this program. If you are done using insightII, please close the program to be courteous to other users.
To start the MSI insight/discover family of programs in the Modeling Facility, type:
> insightII
For those of people who have psv files created in InsightII version 95, type:
>insight98
To generate high resolution InsightII images, click here.
The manuals for this software are not very helpful. Online tutorials are available by clicking on the mortarboard (graduation cap) icon at the bottom of the icons along the lefthand side of the insightII window. These will take you step by step
We pay a large sum of money for this software. If you are unable to use it the way you want, the MSI helpline people are very helpful in figuring things out. Please check with me before using this service.
