I have 19 years of experience in a number of roles within the aerospace industry. Currently, I am a Senior Engineering Manager for Vehicle Design, Parts, Materials and Processes at Northrop Grumman where she supports the Aeronautics Systems Sector.  Prior to this position, I've held supporting and leadership roles in Parts Management, process improvement, employee engagement, Laboratories, and Materials & Processes. I work to emphasize employee development through coaching, leveraging strengths in addition to resource, project management, and stakeholder management.  I hold a Bachelor’s in Physics from the University of California, Irvine and a Masters’ in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Ideal Mentoring Relationship: 
Student and I would be able to create a plan for the year and work to execute to that plan. Communication would go well back and forth to ensure we have continuous engagement and move meetings as schedule adjustments need to made.
