Ideal Mentoring Relationship:
Student should be organized enough to be able to make appointments and keep them. Since I prefer to use email for communication, student would check their email at least once every 2-3 days or be sure to tell me to phone them if that is better for them.
Since I'm there for the student, the student needs to be willing to communicate with me; I'm happy to provide discussion topics.
