Ideal Mentoring Relationship:
I would like have an open and consistent mentoring relationship! I would want the mentee to feel willing to come to me with any questions they or concerns they have about anything.
Ideally, depending on the mentee, it would be nice to have bi-monthly check ins just to see how the mentee is doing in both their professional and personal life.
I would want the mentee to see me as someone they can go to because they know I've been in their position before.
