Career Path: 

I started working in the pharmaceutical industries as a quality control lab technician right after college, and after 2 years of working, I wished I could be more knowledgeable and wanted to do research so I went back to school for a master degree. After that, I rejoined the pharmaceutical industries and started to participate on the method development and validation activities. My experience in both quality control and analytical development helps me a lot on the growth of critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong decision-making skills. I am now working in a pharmaceutical company which focus on the development and commercialization of novel therapeutics for the treatment of rare diseases, and I enjoy my job very much as I get to contribute to the regulatory submissions and support different cross-functional team with my technical skills.
