Title:
Associate

Green Street
Education:

B.A. in Economics from UCI in 2017

M.S. in Finance from USC in 2020

Career Path:

I worked in the real estate industry, commercial and residential, while attending UCI. I was exposed to many aspects including offering memorandums, broker's opinion of value, market research, and product segmentation.

After I graduated from UCI my interests started to gear more towards finance.

I took on a portfolio analyst position for a wealth management firm where I invested deposits, raised cash from withdrawals, and completed other trading tasks.

I decided to go back to school and pursue a master's degree in finance at USC. After I graduated, I started working at Deloitte in M&A / Transactions.

Realizing that my interests were more aligned to real estate, I pivoted to Green Street, where I'm currently an Associate within their Advisory & Consulting arm.

Ideal Mentoring Relationship:
I met my mentor through this program back in 2015. She was incredibly helpful and taught me a lot. Her and I continued to stay in contact, and I really learned how valuable a mentor can be.
I expect my mentee to take some initiative. I am happy to answer any questions or have conversations relating to careers, school, traveling, or life in general.
Ideally, primary form of communication would be email, then we would meet once or twice a month for coffee to chat in person.
