My job function is planning, implementing and overseeing compensation and workforce analytics programs. I utilize quantitative techniques and technology to HR fields to examine trends and correlations that help improve human capital management.
I transform human resources data to impactful insights that enable senior management to understand complex concepts for strategic decision-making. In my Workforce/Data Analytics role, I conduct advanced analytics and studies, and construct predictive models on turnover, retention, training & development, employee engagement, etc.
