Students Currently in the Program
Kara Garcia is currently a sophomore majoring in Biological Sciences. She says she plans to become a high school Chemistry and Biology teacher because:
"High school is a critical time in a student's life and the best time to learn about all the different science subjects."
She took Physical Science 5 in Winter 2006 and completed fieldwork at Pomona Elementary School in Costa Mesa. This year, Kara is looking forward to more field experience in secondary science classrooms as she takes Physical Science 105. |
